Costs & Policies

Registration Fees:
Classes vary in cost. However, most courses are $85 & $125 for dues-paying GNYADA Members. Registration fees cover comprehensive course materials and refreshments. Free parking is always available in our lot. Nonmembers, who are interested in attending any of these courses, please call 718.640.2012 for rates.

How to Pay:
Member dealerships are billed upon registration. Nonmember dealerships are required to pay fees before the start of the class. Please call 718.640.2012 for payment information.

Cancellations:
If an enrollment is cancelled less than three business days prior to a seminar or the participant doesn’t show up, the seminar registration fees are not refundable. If you find that you are unable to attend and it is less than three business days before the program start date, you may send a replacement to attend in your place. If you are unable to send a replacement, you forfeit your registration fee. All cancelations must be made in writing via e-mail to Carole Rogner carole@gnyada.com or can be faxed to 718.407.6970

Transfers:
Transfers are permitted one time only within the calendar year. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing via e-mail or fax, no later than three business days before the program start date. You may transfer into another program that will be held before December 31, 2013. If you are unable to attend the program to which you transfer, you may send a replacement. If you are unable to send a replacement, you forfeit your registration fee. All transfers must be made in writing via e-mail to Carole Rogner carole@gnyada.com or can be faxed to 718.407.6970

Professional Automotive Education (PAE) Points:
For every dollar GNYADA member dealerships spend on seminars at the Center for Automotive Education & Training they will earn one PAE Point. Once your dealership accumulates 1,000 PAE Points, you will be rewarded two certificates; each worth one free seminar for one person – no limitations on classes and no expiration date. The Association began tabulating PAE Points in September, 2010. To learn more about the PAE program or to find out how many points you have contact Carole at carole@gnyada.com.
