Automotive Sales 101 provides attendees with the necessary fundamentals to be successful members of the sales team. This class focuses on developing professional selling skills for the automobile industry. Special emphasis is placed on effective questioning techniques, objection handling and closing techniques. This program uses extensive role-play activities to reinforce the learning process.
