Advanced Automotive Sales Skills focuses on the role of influence and persuasion in professional Automotive Sales. Attendees will grasp the concepts required to identify client needs and qualify the client's buying process. Each of these activities is reinforced through class discussions and extensive role-play simulation exercises.
